About Our ICT Training Program
God Loves You Initiative implements an ICT Training Program to equip youth from refugee and host communities in remote areas with essential digital skills. In today’s digital world, access to technology and digital literacy is vital for growth, opportunity, and inclusion.
This program is designed to close the digital gap by offering hands-on training in basic computer use, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, digital communication, and introductory coding. These practical skills prepare young people to explore employment, start small businesses, or pursue further education in technology fields.
Services We Offer
Bridging the Digital Divide Through Skills for Every Stage
Basic Computer Skills
Foundational training in computer use, including understanding computer components, navigating operating systems, organizing files and folders, and using essential office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Graphic Design
Introduction to graphic design principles, using tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop to create posters, flyers, social media graphics, and other visual content. Participants learn layout, color theory, and visual storytelling to support communication, advocacy, and entrepreneurship.
Digital Marketing
Introduction to digital marketing concepts, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and basic analytics. Participants learn how to effectively promote causes, products, and services online to engage communities and create opportunities.
Content Creation
Training in creating engaging digital content, including writing, photography, and video production. Participants learn how to craft stories, messages, and visuals that inspire action, raise awareness, and support community initiatives.
GLY MEDIA
GLY MEDIA is the communication arm of God Loves You Initiative, dedicated to telling powerful stories that uplift communities and drive social impact. Through compelling content creation, digital storytelling, and strategic media engagement, GLY MEDIA shines a light on the challenges and triumphs of vulnerable populations, including refugees and host communities.
Our mission is to use media as a tool for awareness, advocacy, and empowerment. We produce impactful videos, photos, articles, and social media campaigns that connect people, promote understanding, and mobilize support for positive change.
