God Loves You (GLY) is a faith-based nonprofit, non-political initiative dedicated to giving services and working with vulnerable people in South Sudan
GLYI was found in 2021 in response to reach out to the traumatized and vulnerable group through sharing the word of God and giving a Christian love to the people who have lost hope so that they can have equal ethics and positive rights of living in the society and can freely have participatory activities regardless of their difference, gender, variation, culture and nature because it’s believed that every human is equal
OUR THEMATIC AREAS
CHILD PROTECTION
We work with families, schools, and communities to keep children safe from harm. We create safe spaces for play and healing, raise awareness on children’s rights, and link at-risk children to support and protection services.
EDUCATION
We promote access to quality education for all children. We support learning in safe, inclusive environments and work with families and schools to ensure every child has the chance to grow, learn, and reach their full potential.
LIVELIHOOD
God Loves You Initiative empowers vulnerable individuals through livelihood support. We offer skills training, entrepreneurship guidance, and small business support to help families become self-reliant and improve their long-term well-being.
TRAUMA HEALING
God Loves You Initiative supports trauma healing through counseling, safe spaces, and community care. We help individuals, especially children and women, process pain, restore hope, and rebuild emotional strength after conflict and hardship.
